These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Ready To Shoot.
By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. About Ready To Shoot
Ready To Shoot connects the photography community in Prague through events, pop-ups, workshops, and collaborative projects.
In addition to community activities, Ready To Shoot operates an online store offering carefully selected cameras.
All cameras are described as “ready to shoot,” meaning they are:
- Fully tested and functional (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Prepared for immediate use
- Delivered with necessary accessories such as batteries, and for analogue cameras, film when specified
Each camera is individually checked prior to sale.
2. HOW TO PURCHASE
Cameras are purchased via a secure online payment link provided on our website.
The purchase process:
- Select a camera.
- Complete payment via our secure third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
- Once payment is confirmed, the order is considered completed.
- The camera can be shipped or collected at a selected partner location.
A payment confirmation is issued automatically after successful payment. A tax document can be provided upon request.
3. PRODUCT CONDITION
All cameras are:
- Fully tested before sale
- Sold as used equipment
- Individually described regarding cosmetic and technical condition
Minor signs of previous use may be present. These do not constitute defects.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us via email within 14 days.
- The camera must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Refund conditions:
- The camera must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All included accessories must be returned.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the camera.
5. 30-DAY FUNCTIONAL GUARANTEE
All cameras include a 30-day functional guarantee starting from the date of delivery or pickup.
If a technical malfunction occurs within 30 days that was not caused by misuse, impact, moisture, or modification, Ready To Shoot will:
- Repair the camera, or
- Replace it (if available), or
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
This guarantee applies to functional defects only and does not cover:
- Cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by drops, water, sand, or improper handling
- Normal wear consistent with used equipment
6. USED EQUIPMENT NOTICE
All products are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of used equipment:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present.
- Performance may vary depending on shooting conditions.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying used equipment.
7. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.
Ready To Shoot does not store credit card information.
A purchase is considered completed once payment confirmation is received.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ready To Shoot is not responsible for:
- Loss of photos or data
- Memory card corruption
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss or damage during shipping and/or processing.
Customers are responsible for proper and safe use of the equipment.
9. PRIVACY
We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and communicate with you.
Your information is never sold or shared beyond what is necessary for payment processing and order fulfillment.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU regulations.
